The intake form and all communication with the Fund are protected under the attorney-client privilege to the fullest extent permitted under law. This initial review is conducted free of charge and managed by an attorney licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia. Before submitting an intake, you are encouraged to learn more about the process.

Our program is dedicated to addressing international corruption. However to effectively manage our resources, we are currently focusing on intakes involving U.S. citizens and companies.
