The intake form and all communication with the Fund are protected under the attorney-client privilege to the fullest extent permitted under law. This initial review is conducted free of charge and managed by an attorney licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia. Before submitting an intake, you are encouraged to learn more about the process. Please note, trustees do not review whistleblower intakes to the referral system nor receive case referrals from our system. If you are trying to contact a trustee to review your case or to receive your case, please email them at trustee@report-fraud-now.com.

Our program is dedicated to addressing international corruption. However to effectively manage our resources, we are currently focusing on intakes involving U.S. citizens and companies.
