About Program Attorneys

About The Program

Every year, the National Whistleblower Center and its sister organization, the National Whistleblower Legal Defense and Education Fund, receive thousands of requests for assistance from whistleblowers facing retaliation. The Fund created the Attorney Referral Program to help these whistleblowers find legal representation. We need your help to make this program work.

Eligible attorneys who join the network get referrals from their state or region, all of which have already undergone an initial review by an attorney barred in D.C. Members get exclusive invitations to training seminars, webinars, National Whistleblower Day, and other events held by the National Whistleblower Center. As a thank you, we’ll send you a copy of “Rules for Whistleblowers: A Handbook for Doing What’s Right” and an NWC t-shirt.

Attorney Request for Information

If you would like to join the network and become a member of the ARP, please fill out the form below. We look forward to discussing how we can work together to help whistleblowers obtain the justice they need and deserve.

The Fund attorneys manage the ARP on a pro bono basis. However, to ensure the fairness of the referral process, no intakes are referred to them for representation. If you would like to contact the Fund’s Trustees or National Whistleblower Center’s directors, please reach out to them directly.
